He married, 6 Nov 1768, Westminster, MA, Beulah Wheeler, daughter of John and Deborah (Derby) Wheeler. She was born 7 Apr 1740, Concord, MA, and died 3 Nov 1824, Westminster, MA, aged 85 years.
