Charles8 Whitney (Silas7, Silas6, Samuel5, William4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Silas7and Hannah (Cushing) Whitney, was born 18 Jun 1815, Walpole, NH,[1] and died 14 Sep 1894, Ashburnham, MA, aged 79 years 2 months 26 days, of apoplexy.[2]
Marriage intentions were published 21 Sep 1845, Ashburnham, MA, for him and Susan Davis "of Lexington".[3] He married, 23 Oct 1845, Lancaster, MA, Susan Davis, of Lexington.[4] She was born 22 Jan 1822, Sterling, MA, and died after 1880.
He resided Central Village, Ashburnham, MA.
