Jubal Whitney

Jubal8 Whitney (Guilford7, Samuel6, Samuel5, Nathaniel4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Guilford7 and Anna (Locke) Whitney, was born 6 Aug 1806, Marlboro, VT,[1] and died 23 Mar 1893, Oberlin, OH, aged 87 years. He was buried 25 Mar 1893, Westwood Cemetery, Oberlin, OH.[2]

He married firstly, 6 or 25 Sep 1832, Marlboro, VT, Abigail Gilbert,[3] daughter of Samuel and Hannah (Fox) Gilbert. She was born 25 Oct 1798, Marlboro, VT, and died 14 Jan 1854, Strongsville, OH, aged 55 years. She was buried in Strongsville Cemetery, Strongsville, OH.[4]

He married secondly, 11 Dec 1860, Cuyahoga Co., OH, Betsey Gurley. She was born 9 Aug 1814, NY, and died Jan 1894. She was buried in Westwood Cemetery, Oberlin, OH.[5]

They resided Strongsville, OH.
