Clayton Burton Spring (Alfred F., Sylvester P., Erastus, Amos, Amos, Abigail Chadwick, Sarah4 Whitney, Nathaniel3, John2, John1, ThomasA, RobertB), son of Alfred F. and Ella May (Winchester) Spring, was born 7 December 1885, Attica, Wyoming County, New York, and died 10 October 1959, Batavia, Genesee County, New York.

He married Bertha Nellie Green, daughter of Julius Sardis and Arabelle (Houseknecht) Green. She was born 3 February 1895, Alabama, Genesee County, New York, and died 3 December, Batavia, Genesee County, New York.

Children of Clayton Burton and Bertha Nellie (Green) Spring:

i. Dorothy May Spring, b. Alexander, Genesee County, New York; m. Harry Donald Mayer.
