He married, 25 Oct 1847, Griffin Mills, West Falls, NY, Caroline Amelia Ranney, daughter of Joel and Julia (Letson) Ranney. She was born 16 Feb 1824, NY, and died 26 Aug 1889, Aurora, NY.
