Franklin Patten8 Whitney (Robert Patten7, Joseph6, Joseph5, Abel4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Robert Patten7 and Ruth F. (Sprague) Whitney, was born 14 May 1847, Topsham, ME,[1] and died 1 Aug 1882, Topsham, ME.[2] He was buried in the Riverside Cemetery in Topsham.
He married, 10 Jun 1872, Topsham, ME, Kate Bradley.[3] She was born about 1850, Portland, ME, and died after 1880.
Children of Franklin Patten8 and Kate (Bradley) Whitney:
i. Grace Bell9 Whitney, b. 30 May 1876, Boston, MA.[4] ii. Sadie Hamilton Whitney or Sadie Crawford Whitney, b. 7 Jan 1879, Boston, MA.[5]
