Horace Selden Whitney, parentage unknown, was born circa 1805, NH or NY or VT, and died after 1875, perhaps Dane Co., WI. It was apparently he who was buried in Paoli Cemetery, Dane Co., WI.[1]

He married, before 1826, Lucinda Cole. She was born circa 1805, VT, and died 15 Sep 1888, aged 77 years. She was buried in Powhatan Cemetery, Plover, IA.[2]
