Ellen and Ebenezer Whitney

Ebenezer Augustus7 Whitney (Silas6, Josiah5, Nathaniel4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Silas6 and Elvira J. (Lane) Whitney, was born 6 Oct 1840, Moose River, ME, and died 4 Oct 1927, Lewiston, ME, aged 86 years. He was buried in Riverside Cemetery, Lewiston, ME.[1]

He married, 24 May 1866, Skowhegan, ME, Ellen J. Woodcock. She was born 22 Nov 1844, Anson, ME, and died after 1920.

He is often recorded as "Eben" vice "Ebenezer".

He is a contractor and builder; resided Madison and Lewiston, ME.
