He married, 19 Dec 1764, Rebecca Clark, daughter of Dea. Samuel Clark. She was born circa 1737 (calculated from age at death), and died 11 Apr 1779, Townsend, MA, in her 43rd year.[3]
Marriage intentions were published 16 Oct 1780, Shrewsbury, MA for him and Lydia Rice "of Townsend".[4] He married Lydia (Randall) Price. She was born 1742, Lunenburg, MA, and died 1816. She had married firstly, before 1780, Townsend, MA, Maj. Henry Price.
