William G.7 Whitney (James6, Ezra5, James4, John3, Jonathan2, John1), son of James6 and Clarissa (Gould) Whitney, was born 12 May 1811, CT, and died after 1870.

He married firstly, Marita Draper.[1]

He married secondly, 15 Apr 1844, Uxbridge, MA, Martha Williams, daughter of Chester and Sarah (Draper) Williams.[2] She was born 14 Jan 1801, Uxbridge, MA, and died 8 Apr 1871, Woodstock, CT, aged 68 years.[3]

He supposedly died without issue.

Children of William G.7 and Marita (Draper) Whitney:

i. Abby M.8 Whitney, b. ca. 1842, MA; d. after 1860.
ii. George Clinton Whitney, b. Jun 1844, Wooksocket, RI; m. Elizabeth D. "Lizzie" Richardson.
