Alson H.8 Whitney (Peter7, Stephen6, Phineas5, Isaac4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Peter7 and Laura S. (Farley) Whitney, was born 28 Sep 1851, Onondaga, MI, and 8 Oct 1899, Onondaga, MI.

He married, 14 Apr 1877, Kinneville, MI, Nellis Flanigan, daughter of Edward and Harriet Butler (Colwells) Flanigan.[1] She was born 11 Nov 1859, Rives, MI, and died 16 Jun 1923, Onondaga, MI.
