Amos Williams7 Whitney (Joshua6, Joshua5, Joshua4, Joshua3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Joshua6 and Caroline (Williams) Whitney, was born 24 Nov 1820, Medway, MA,[1] and died 25 Apr 1887, Medway, MA, aged 64 years 5 months 1 day.[2]

He married, 2 Apr 1845, Medway, MA, Jerusha White (Partridge) Richardson,[3] daughter of Elihu and Charlotte (Wight) Partridge. She was born 6 May 1822, Medway, MA, and died 18 Oct 1896, Millis, MA, aged 74 years 5 months 13 days, of lobar pneumonia.[4] She had married firstly, 23 Dec 1843, Milford, MA, Emery Richardson.

Illegitimate child of Emery Richardson and Jerusha White (Partridge) Richardson:

i. Charlotte Wight8 Whitney, b. 24 Jun 1844, Medway, MA;[5] d. after 1910, then unmarried. She was apparently adopted by Amos Williams7 Whitney, her parents being give and Emery Richardson and Jerusha Partridge, but the birth record lists her surname as Whitney.

Amos Williams7 and Jerusha White (Partridge)(Richardson) Whitney had no known children.
