Karl H.9 Whitney (Levi8, Harvey7, David6, Roswell5, David4, David3, Joshua2, John1), son of Levi S.8 and Laura A. (Dunn) Whitney,[1] was born 21 Mar 1889, Delta, Keokuk, IA, and died 29 Mar 1976, Kirksville, Adair, MO.[2]
He married 31 Oct 1908, in Connelsville, MO, Iva O. Shumate, daughter of William B. and Mary A. Shumate.[3] She was born 24 July 1892 and died 25 Mar 1985.[4]
They lived in Keokuk Co., IA, Novinger, MO, and Kirksville, MO.
