Charles Abijah9 Whitney (Samuel Butterick8, Abijah7, Abijah6, Joseph5, Benjamin4, Joseph3, John2, John1), son of Samuel Butterick8 and Mary Watson (Crehore) Whitney, was born 15 Aug 1855, Waltham, MA,[1] and died 28 Jul 1909, Waltham, MA, aged 54 years, of cerebral hemorrhage.[2]

He married, 13 Nov 1881, Waltham, MA, Leila Porter, daughter of Fred K. and Eliza C. (-----) Porter.[3] She was born Nov 1855, Waltham, MA.

He resided Waltham, MA. He was a wood turner and draftsman.
