Baxter Doddridge8 Whitney (Amasa7, William6, William5, William4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Amasa7 and Mary (Goodridge) Whitney, was born 28 Jun 1817, Winchendon, MA,[1] and died 17 Oct 1915, Winchendon, MA, aged 98 years 3 months 19 days, of arteriosclerosis.[2]

He married, 1 Mar 1846, Winchendon, MA, Sarah Jane8 Whitney, daughter of Richard7 and Eunice (Cogswell) Whitney.[3] She was born 14 Jul 1827, Winchendon, MA, and died 28 Feb 1907, Winchendon, MA, aged 79 years 7 months 14 days, of pneumonia.[4]
