Aaron⁷ Whitney (Aaron⁶, Levi⁵, Daniel⁴, Jonathan³, Jonathan², John¹), son of Aaron⁶ and Phebe (Dunklee) Whitney, was born 15 Dec 1801, Amherst, NH,^[1] and died 20 Jan 1866, Hartford, CT. He was buried in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford, CT.^[2]

Marriage intentions were published, 6 Feb 1830, Biddeford, ME, for him "Mr." "of Saco" and "Miss" Rebecca S. Perkins "of Biddeford".^[3] Marriage intentions were published, 6 Feb 1830, Saco, ME, for him "of Saco" and Rebecca S. Perkins "of Biddeford".^[4] He "Mr." "Jr." "of Saco" married, during the year ended 1 April 1830, "Miss" Rebecca S. Perkins "of Biddeford",^[5] daughter of Jotham and Olive (Hill) Perkins. She was 5 Mar 1809, Biddeford, ME. Apparently they were divorced, since she married secondly, 3 Jul 1863, Boston, MA, William H. Chase, b. ca. 1821, Providence, RI, son of Samuel and Catharine (-----) Chase.^[6]

He was a machinist. He resided Biddeford, ME, and Hartford, CT.
