Franklin Whitney (James, James, [poss.] Isaac4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of James and Lucy (Mountfort) Whitney, was born 21 Sep 1830, Cumberland, ME, and died after 1880.

He married, 13 Aug 1857, McDonough Co., IL, Mary Head.[1] She was born about 1835, OH, and died 19 Jan 1899; FindAGrave Memorial 70603419.

They resided IL and Oak Grove, MN.
