Willard Armes9 Whitney (Solomon8, Solomon7, Nathaniel6, Samuel5, Nathaniel4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Solomon8 and Sarah (Chase) Whitney, was born 5 Oct 1857, Little Compton, RI.

He married, Mar 1879, Abbie L. Browning.
