Albert E.9 Whitney (Amos8, Ohio7, Silas6, Samuel5, William4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Amos8 and Harriett J. (Bemis) Whitney, was born 20 Jan 1847, Ashburnham, MA, and died 30 Apr 1916, Worcester State Hospital, Worcester, MA, aged 69 years 1 day, of septicemia resulting from erysipelas.[1] He was buried in Forest Hills Cemetery, Fitchburg, MA.
