Levi6 Whitney (Benjamin5, John4, Henry3, John2, Henry1), son of Benjamin5 and Ann Mercy (Harris) Whitney, was born 12 Jul 1790, Mexico, NY, and died 8 Oct 1855, Lake Zurich, IL.

He married, 23 Mar 1814, Mexico, NY, Parmelia Chase, daughter of Joseph and Sarah (Doolittle) Chase. She was born 29 June 1797, Mexico, NY, and died 13 Jan 1882.

Phoenix says the following:
