He married firstly, 5 Sep 1873, Enfield, NH (also recorded Boston, MA), Lillian M. Conant,[3] daughter of Alpheus and Mary Ann (Currier) Conant. She was born about 1855, Enfield, NH. Apparently they were divorced, and she married secondly, 3 Nov 1888, Boston, MA, James F. McDowell, born about 1856, Highgate, VT, son of Leonard and Winifred (-----) McDowell.[4]
