Spring died August 7th, 1902, after a brief illness from paralysis, aged 75 years.  He was born in LeRoy on August 2d, 1827, the son of Erastus and Eliza Webb Spring, and had been for many years a prominent and highly respected farmer of the town of Orangeville.  He removed to the village of Warsaw in March, 1899.

Sylvester P. Spring (Erastus, Amos, Amos, Abigail Chadwick, Sarah4 Whitney, Nathaniel3, John2, John1, ThomasA, RobertB), was born 2 August 1827, Wyoming County, New York, and died 7 August 1902, Warsaw, Wyoming County, New York.

He married bef. 1846, Julia E. Brewer, daughter of William H. Brewer and possibly Mary Davis. She was born 1834, Lockport, Niagara County, New York, and died 1 April 1869, Columbus, Wisconsin.

"Sylvester P. Spring died August 7th, 1902, after a brief illness from paralysis, aged 75 years.
