Jacob Otis9 Whitney (Jacob Sargent8, Levi7, Solomon6, Solomon5, Nathaniel4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Jacob Sargent8 and Ann Maria (Cannell) Whitney, was born 14 Nov 1839, Dorchester, MA,[1] and died 17 Jun 1913, Wakefield, MA.

He married, 27 Apr 1879, Boston, MA, Jennie Melissa McIntosh, daughter of George and Mary (-----) McIntosh.[2] She was born Jul 1856, Dorchester, MA, and died after 1900.
