Hello WRG members,
My name is Robert (Bob) F. Whitney, born in California in 1937. My father, Henry F. Whitney was born in West Springfield Mass. in 1893. My lineage is as follows:
Robert F., Henry F., John F., William Harvey, Silas Nobel, Jonas, Timothy, Jonas, Moses, Richard, John.
I can thank one of my Cousins for starting me in this journey. I personally have collected over 1,000 Whitney names and have them stored in my Master Geneologist database. That's when I discovered some discrepancies and so I joined the WRG and have been mostly an outside observer, reading emails that have been sent over the years.
I don't get to do too much here as I am still employed but when I finally "retire" I will be able to spend more time with this great project.
