Phineas Whitney (Levi6, Abel5, Nathan4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Levi6 and Happy (Higgins) Whitney, was born 27 Jul 1803, Standish, ME,[1] was baptized 17 Oct 1809, Standish, ME,[2] and died after 1850 and probably before 1860.
He married 20 Oct 1831, Bangor, ME, Hannah B. Lowell. She was born 1807, Bangor, ME, and died after 1870 and possibly before 1880, since she had not been found in the 1880 census.
