My name is Julie Burt Smith. My Burt family primarily resides in South Louisiana. I found this site during a google search for Luna Whitney, my first connection to the Whitney family. I am a member of wikipedia, so I know a little about how to do this, but I admit that I haven't learned the process as well as I should have. Any advice is welcome! My husband and I are currently researching our lineage so to present our son with a family tree when he shows interest.
