Ephraim4 Whitney (Joseph3, Jonathan2, John1), son of Joseph3 and Rebecca (Burge) Whitney,[1] was born 11 Mar 1715/6, Sherborn, MA,[2] and died after 1759.[3]
Ephraim married, 18 Dec 1744, Groton, MA, Esther Woods, daughter of Thomas and Lydia (Bennett) Woods. She was born 19 Mar 1725, Groton, MA.
Children of Ephraim4 and Esther (Woods) Whitney, all born Pepperell, MA:
i. Esther5 Whitney, bapt. 2 Apr 1749. ii. Mary Whitney, bapt. 25 Aug 1751. - She and Molly Whitney may be the same person.
