Stanton7 Whitney (Israel6, Elisha5, Daniel4, Benjamin3, John2, John1), son of Israel6 and Mary Hopkins (Flagg) Whitney, was born 21 Sep 1836,[1] and died 12 Jun 1880, Boston, MA, aged 43 years 9 months, of disease of the heart.[2]

He married, 1876, Alice R. Sutton. She was born about 1857, Jersey City, NJ, and died after 1880.

In 1879 he was a merchant living at 6 Newbury St., Boston, MA. In 1880 he was a merchant living at 122 Marlboro St., Boston, MA.
