Milton Isaac7 Whitney (Samuel6, Isaac5, Jason4, Mark3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Samuel6 and Ann (Stroup) Whitney, was born 4 Jun 1846, Macomb, MI, and died after 1885.
He married, 5 Jul 1876, Chicago, IL, Elizabeth M. Fuller. She was born 11 Sep 1858, Toronto, ON, and died after 1885.
He served during the war until its close in a Michigan regiment. For many years he has been a teacher and principal in the Detroit public schools; resided Detroit, MI, 209 Hancock Ave.
He attended school in Ypsilanti with his brother Samuel, where he is listed in 1870.
