Nahum P.7 Whitney (Ezekiel6, Ezekiel5, John4, Benjamin3, John2, John1), son of Ezekiel6 and Catherine (Anson) Whitney, was born 14 Jun 1806, Watertown, MA,[1] and died 12 Nov 1874, Boston, MA, aged 69 years 5 months, of valvular disease of heart.[2]

He married firstly, 12 Feb 1825, Sarah Eustis, daughter of Moses and Rebecca (Green) Eustis. She was born 14 Feb 1807, Chelsea, MA, and died 5 Feb 1860, Chelsea, MA, aged 53 years, of consumption.[3]

He "undertaker" married secondly, 1 May 1861, Boston, MA, Sarah A. Cushing, both of Boston, daughter of Isaac and Sarah (-----) Cushing. She was born about 1808, Boston, MA,[4] and died after 1880.

He was listed as an undertaker in the Boston city directory of 1868.[5] He resided 48 Poplar Street, Boston, at death.

i. Nahum8 Whitney, b. ca. Jun 1829, MA; d. 27 Apr 1863, Boston, MA, aged 33 years 10 months, of phthisis, unmarried, coffin trimmer.[6]
ii. Sarah E. Whitney, b. ca. Jul 1830, Boston, MA; d. after 1900; m. 27 Jan 1852, Boston, MA, John Warren.[7]
ii. William K. Whitney, b. ca. Apr 1838, MA; m. Mary F. Kimball.

Children of Nahum P.7 and Sarah A. (Cushing) Whitney, if any, unknown.

By his age, occupation, name of spouse, age of spouse, and city of residence, this is pretty clearly Nahum P. Whitney. Possibly his full name was Nahum Piper Whitney.
