Samuel Whitney, (Ebenezer, [perhaps] Samuel4, John3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Ebenezer and Huldah (Mooers) Whitney, was born 18 Sep 1784, Sheffield, NB, and died 12 May 1869, Whitney, NB, at age 84. He was buried in St. Stephen's Cemetery, Red Bank, NB.

He married, 19 Jun 1806, NB, Sarah Young, daughter of John and Sarah (Foss) Young. She was born 19 Sep 1786, St. John River, NB, and died 3 Feb 1868, Whitney, NB. She was buried in St. Stephen's Cemetery, Red Bank, NB.
