Willard Benjamin8 Whitney (Willard Washington7, Oliver6, Daniel5, Daniel4, Joseph3, Jonathan2, John1), son of Willard Washington and Martha May (Gipson) Whitney, was born 26 Aug 1855, Salisbury, VT,[1] and died 11 Nov 1943, Salisbury, VT.[2] He is buried in the West Salisbury, VT, Cemetery.
He married firstly, 15 Mar 1877, Brandon, VT, Amy Morgan,[3] daughter of James and Pauline (Felton) Morgan. She was born 25 Feb 1857, Hortonsville, Hubbardton, VT, and died 18 Jan 1900 at Salisbury, VT.[4] She is buried in tne West Salisbury Vermont Cemetery.
He married secondly, 12 Mar 1902, Whiting, VT, Bertha Antoinette Baldwin,[5] daughter of Edson and Antoinette (Seeley) Baldwin. She was born 18 Jun 1875, Whiting, VT, and died 22 Nov 1920, Salisbury, VT.[6]
Children of Amy (Morgan) Whitney:
i. Arthur9 L. Whitney, b. 17 Mar 1879, Salisbury, VT;[7] d. 17 Nov 1880, Salisbury, VT,[8] and was buried West Salisbury, VT, Cemetery.
