Richard Seaver7 Whitney (Richard6, Simon5, Daniel4, Benjamin3, John2, John1), son of Richard6 and Mary Elizabeth (Parker) Whitney, was born 13 Feb 1818, Amherst, MA, and died 30 Nov 1880, Salem, MA, aged 61 years 9 months 17 days, of congestion of lungs.[1]
He married, 4 Apr 1854, Salem, MA, Amelia Arrington, daughter of Joseph and Amelia (-----) Arrington.[2] She was born 10 Mar 1825, Salem, MA, and died 17 Mar 1910, Salem, MA, aged 85 years 7 days, of general arteriosclerosis.[3]. She was buried in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem, MA.
