Eben B. Whitney, illegitimate son of ----- and Mary P. (-----) Whitney, was born 25 Feb 1835, Bowdoin, ME,^[1] and died 17 Nov 1902, Omaha, NE. He was buried in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Omaha, NE.^[2]

He married firstly, 26 Apr 1860, Wayne, ME (also recorded in Lisbon, ME), Helen M. Hill.^[3] She was born about 1835, South Exeter, NH, and died in 1866.

He married secondly, Adelia Anna Eaton. She was born 7 Jul 1848, ME, and died 9 Dec 1931, Omaha, NE. She was buried in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Omaha, NE.^[4]

He served in Co. B, 15th Maine Infantry, in the Civil War.
