Richard Seaver7 Whitney (Richard6, Simon5, Daniel4, Benjamin3, John2, John1), son of Richard6 and Mary Elizabeth (Parker) Whitney, was born 13 Feb 1819, Amherst, MA, and died 30 Nov 1880, Salem, MA.
He married, 4 Apr 1854, Salem, MA, Amelia Arrington. She ws born 10 Mar 1825.
He was a carriage trimmer and harness maker. He resided Salem, MA.
Children of Richard Seaver7 and Amelia (Arrington) Whitney:
i. Alice Amelia8 Whitney, b. 26 Apr 1860; res., unmarried, 147 Lafayette Street, Salem, MA. ii. Ella Augusta Whitney, b. 17 Nov 1855; d. 9 May 1857.
