Attended a Whitney family reunion in 1999 at Lancaster, Pa. and discovered I descended from John & Elinor Whitney. Taught school 15 years. Became school administrator in St. Louis MO. Changed careers and am presently Bridgemaster/yardmaster in Peoria, IL. with Union Pacific Railroad.
