Simeon7 Whitney (Amos6, Jonathan5, Samuel4, John3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Amos6 and Abigail (Springer) Whitney, was born 17 Aug 1800, Bath, ME, d. 21 March 1884.

He married firstly, 1825, Rosanna Smith, b. 21 December 1800, the dau. of John and Faith (----) Smith. She died 6 October 1845. He married secondly, before 1848, Mrs. Elizabeth (Betsy) Goodrich. Simeon and both of his wives are buried in the Bingham Village Cemetery in Bingham, ME.

He resided Moscow, Somerset Co., ME in the censuses of 1850 through 1880. He was a farmer.
