Joseph6 Whitney (Joseph5, Joshua4, Cornelius3, Joshua2, John1), son of Joseph5 and Anna (Ames) Whitney, was born about 1793, and died 15 Sep 1840, Granville, NY.
He married, about 1816, NY, Apamia Gould, daughter of Ebenezer and Rhoda (Robbins) Gould. She was baptized 7 Sep 1794, Granville, NY, and died 12 May 1854, Granville, NY, aged 60 years.
