Phinehas Whitney ((poss.) John5, (poss.) Samuel4, John3, Benjamin2, John1), possibly son of John5 and ----- (-----) Whitney, was born 1 Dec 1776, as recorded in Phillips, ME, but actual location may be elsewhere. He died before 1850.
He married, 18 Aug 1803, Sidney, ME, Mary "Polly" Crommitt. She was born about 1780, ME, and died after 1850.
They resided Phillips, ME.
