Lewis⁷ Whitney (Stephen⁶, Stephen⁵, Isaac⁴, Nathaniel³, Benjamin², John¹), son of Stephen⁶ and Abigail (Mayberry) Whitney, was born 9 Aug 1819, Raymond, ME,^[1] and died between 1870 and 1880.

He married, 18 Dec 1852, Lewiston, ME, Mary Ellen Strout. She was born about 1824, ME, and died after 1880.

They lived in Portland in 1860 and 1870.
