Samuel Moray⁷ Whitney (Joseph⁶, Joseph⁵, Abel⁴, Nathaniel³, Benjamin², John¹), son of Joseph⁶ and Nancy (Hunter) Whitney, was born 16 June 1831, Lubec, ME (as "Samuel Stephen Whitney"),^[1] and died 24 Dec 1865, Appalachicola, FL.^[2]

He married, 6 Feb 1864, Topsham, ME, Georgie M. Robinson "of Pittston",^[3] or "of Topsham" married, 17 Feb 1864, Pittston or Randolph, ME, Georgianna Mary Robinson.^[4] She was born 1837, ME.^[5]

Child of Samuel Moray⁷ and Georgianna Mary (Robinson) Whitney:
