George Edward⁹ Whitney (John⁸, Joseph Glazier⁷, Abner⁶, Samuel⁵, William⁴, Nathaniel³, John², John¹), son of John⁸ and Eliza (Cushing) Whitney, was born 20 Apr 1847,^[1] and died 30 Oct 1880, Ashburnham, MA, aged 33 years 6 months 10 days, of typhoid fever, mechanic.^[2]

He was unmarried.
