Jedediah W.⁹ Whitney (Asa⁸, Jonathan⁷, Jonathan⁶, Joseph⁵, Benjamin⁴, Joseph³, John², John¹), son of Asa⁸ and Rhoda (Blaisdell) Whitney, was born 22 Apr 1835, Jay, ME, and died 24 Mar 1911.

He married, 7 Feb 1858, Readfield, ME, Angeline Huntoon, daughter of Cromwell P. and Louvia Ann (Currier) Huntoon. She was born 27 Apr 1838, Readfield, ME, and died 1 Apr 1905.
