Charles7 Whitney (Joshua6, Joshua5, Nathaniel4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Joshua6 and Esther (Prouty) Whitney, was born about 1782, Langdon, NH, and died after 1860, but apparently before 1870.
He married firstly, 21 Jan 1810, NH, Betsey Andrus. She was born say 1785, and died before 1838.[1]
He married secondly, 23 Mar 1838, Littleton, NH, Catherine Cram.[2] She was born about 1785, Hartford, VT, and died Sep 1859, Dalton, NH of consumption, age 74[3].
Children of Charles7 and Betsey (Andrus) Whitney:
i. (son)8 Whitney, b. 1810-1815. ii. (daughter) Whitney, b. 1810-1815. iii. (son) Whitney, b. 1815-1820. iv. (daughter) Whitney, b. 1815-1820. Possibly Harriet A. (-----) Bacon, of 1860 census record below.
