Samuel7 Whitney (Silas6, Samuel5, William4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Silas6 and Sarah (Withington) Whitney, was born 20 May 1783,[1] and died 9 May 1837.

He married, 12 Aug 1802, Ashburnham, MA, Abigail Wilder,[2] daughter of Caleb and Elizabeth (Woodward) Wilder. She was born 3 Jan 1783,[3] and baptized 16 Mar 1783, Ashburnham, MA, and died 22 Oct 1861, Ashburnham, MA, aged 70 years 9 months 11 days, of chronic diarrhea.[4]

He was an enterprizing and active man; resided Ashburnham, MA.
