Henry Albert Whitney (Henry, William, Thomas, Thomas), son of Henry and Elizabeth (-----) Whitney, was born about 1872, Wordsley, Staffordshire, England, and died after 1901.
He married, 4 Jan 1899, Brierley Hill, Staffordshire, England, Lydia Lousia Cooper, daughter of George John Cooper. She was born about 1876, Brierly Hill, Staffordshire, England, and died after 1901.
The family was enumerated at 88 High Street in Kingswinford, Staffordshire, England in 1891 where Henry was listed as a Grocer employing two assistants, one apprentice, one porter, one domestic servant, and one nurse girl.
Kingswinford and Wordsley are adjacent, and about 30 miles northeast of Hereford and west of Birmingham.
