Levi Thaxter7 Whitney (Levi6, Timothy5, Daniel4, Jonathan3, Jonathan2, John1), son of Levi6 and Rebecca (Fassett) Whitney, was born 17 Jun 1809, Boylston, MA,[1] and died 23 Jun 1851, Boylston, MA, aged 40 years, of consumption, married, shoemaker.[2]

He married, 29 Nov 1832, Westborough, MA, Sarah Tarbell,[3] daughter of Nathaniel and Sally (Muzzey) Tarbell. She was born 8 Oct 1805, Chester, VT, and died 16 May 1858, aged 52 years 7 months 8 days, Elizabeth Street, Worcester, MA, of supposed heart disease. She married secondly, date unknown, Marston Eaton.[4]
