He married secondly, 1892, Marie Louise -----. She was born 1876, LA, and died after 1900.

Evidence has been found suggesting a relationship between M. V. Whitney Hathcox and Frank Oracha Whitney in his CSA Pension files. We are not sure at this point what the familial relationship was.
