He married, 3 Apr 1867, Jefferson, WI, Marietta Curtis. She was born 23 Jan 1843, and died 14 Jun 1900, Fort Atkinson, WI. She was buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Atkinson, WI.^[2]
