On 6 Feb 1733/4, Hannah Fay, relict and widow, filed and account (1:104). A Receipt dtd 25 Aug 1738 and signed by John Fay, guardian for all the children of John Fay Jun., deceased, acknowledges payments made by Samuel Lyscom of Southborough, husband of Hannah Lyscom who ws the widow of John Fay. The Partition and Assignment of Dower (2:499) is dated 21 Aug 1746.
